Abe took kiddos on an annual reptile hunt at Red Ledges.
Hide away
The boy is licensed to drive-- HALLELUJAH!
We had a mini Fox family reunion in Utah this summer. The Sister-in-laws
The Brothers
We celebrated Daniel's first birthday. He was a tired boy and I don't think he enjoyed his party much.
We tried to interest him in his cake, but he wasn't having it.
Temple time with the boys
Time time on a windy day as Eliza (Baden and Mary's oldest) went through the temple in Bountiful.
Greta really got into the patriotic spirit during the Olympics
With Phil's work for the church, he was able to get us sweet box seats for the "Together in Christ" young adult concert with Rachel Platt, Emma Nissen, and Ben Rector.
And no, no one mistook any of us for young adults.
Isn't he the cutest thing?
Isn't he the cutest thing?
The only thing George wanted for his birthday was to go out to eat with Abe and I at Olive Garden. Wish granted!
Cannon asked a gal to Homecoming with a poster covered in rubber duckies, saying he'd be a lucky duck if she'd be his date. She cleverly responded with a giant stuffed goose and a poster saying she'd be a silly goose not to say yes. Greta quickly adopted the goose as her own. Here she is at work with said goose. You can't see much of it in this picture, but the goose is wearing a neck-tie. I mean, he is a working goose. He knows you've got to dress for success.
Ah, another lawn mower in the familyFaith graduated from seminary. She also "graduated" from homeschool high school and this fall she started nursing school at Joyce University.
She and Justin were the only two seniors in our ward.
Bishop "Brad" is the best!
We needed to replace a good portion of our back fence this summer. It's nice to not worry about the fence getting blown down on a windy day.
In painful and rather icky happenings, George had an injury at Young Mens camp this summer. On a hike, he was crossing a log across creek and he slipped and as he landed, two sharp, broken twigs punctured his thigh. Bishop Rupp took him to instacare for stiches. He wanted to stay at camp rather than coming home, so he did. It did mess up his last week of ballet summer intensive, but oh well.
A night at the theater is my favorite thing
One Night Werewolf with the fam plus Talitha and James and Aimee Tibbitts. I'm sorry to say it, but Talitha is far too honest and good of a person to be good at a game like this.
The violin sisters
Goofballs
They were not supposed to make a mud mess with the hose under the trampoline, but it looks like they enjoyed themselves.
Greta regularly makes little notes for family members
The neighborhood Primary Pioneer parade
Airplane!
Faith and Abe and the Niall Horn concert
I guess that chair was worn out
One of the perks of Abe being our ward mission leader, is we get to know the missionaries better than most of the ward members. Where we live, we get one set of missionaries to cover two whole stakes. These were some of our favorites.
