Swimming with cousins at the hotel.-- Edra, Greta, Peter, and Phoebe
We gathered at Q'emiln Park in Post Falls, ID (super strange pronunciation, it's French---I don't even try to say it correctly). We just call it "Goose Poop Park" because several years ago there must have been a goose convention and there was green goose poop everywhere. In the park's defense, I didn't see any goose poop and haven't for several years. And yet, the name stuck.

A little later, Clark and Brianna took Great, Peter, Henry, and Jared to Silverwood. They had a grand time and captured this marvelous picture!
Greta and Peter are both much braver than I was as a kid going on roller coasters.
The Three Musketeers, as their mother called them.
The siblings dinner at Twigs is always a highlight of the reunion. This year Mom Fox joined us and we had a very nice time sharing how much we love her and words that describe her. I hope when I am 80 years old my children feel about me like hers feel about her. Definitely a life well-lived.Later that evening, Ben, Bethany, and Abe went to a late showing of The Fantastic Four. And I couldn't have been happier that I got to snuggle with Charlie until we both conked out.
For many years Grandma Fox said she wanted us to have her Black Forest Germany cuckoo Clock. The time had finally come for us to take it home. We've since hung it up and it is quite comforting to hear it sing on the hour and half hour. She wanted us to have it because it was purchased on a European Tour with Abe after his mission and she knew that I was born and baptized in Germany.

Our top secret talent show rehearsal
We had such a fun time playing Phase 10 on the back patio.
These girls were so hilarious reminiscing about the days when they were little and all had cousin crushes on Moses.
Clearly, the feelings ran deep.
Fire hazard be darned! We packed into the theater room for Grandma's 80th birthday slide show-- a bit of "This Is Your Life". The extra special thing was Mom Fox having two of her brothers surprise (not really) her for the celebration.
