Raising a Fund, Please Donate

I recently came home to find this scene before me in my living room.

He was begging money for a Snack Fund for a D&D group he planned to start.

He must have been convincing, because almost immediately the donations started rolling him.  Five dollars from another member's mom.  Loose change from Abe and I and siblings. 

A letter arrived in the mail, addressed to "Master Cannon Fox" (What Grandpa Fox used to call him) from my mother's dear high school friend who lives in North Carolina and saw his plea on Facebook.  

The fund was successfully raised and Cannon's inaugural  D&D club was a success.

Snacks were purchased and consumed.  Cannon thanks all those who donated to this worthy cause.
