Sisters-In Laws in St. George and a May-Day Party

Earlier this month, several of the Foxy sister-in-laws gathered in St. George for a weekend of fun and frolic. The wives of the four younger Fox brothers, plus Marjorie (a Fox sister), stayed at a beautiful vacation home owned by Mary's parents. It was so generous of them to offer it and fabulously comfortable for all of us. Marjorie and I drove down together and enjoyed lovely conversation the whole way.

Friday morning Katie and I rented e-bikes for a couple of hours and had the time of our lives riding around her old high school stomping grounds.

Seriously, it was sooo much fun. I'd never ridden an e-bike before, and now I just want to go again!

Stunningly beautiful and perfect temperature. I admit that I've never been sold on St. George before. So many people go there for vacations and I haven't really understood the appeal. Until this outing. After the e-bike adventure, I'm a believer.

We went to the St. George temple-- I'd never been before. It was probably the most beautiful exterior AND interior of any temple I've ever seen. I loved being there with my sister-in-laws. I feel like we have all grown up together as adults and mothers.

That night Mary led us in making personal woodfired pizzas.

I was so impressed with Mary's know-how and bravery.

As soon as I arrived home, I hustled over to our neighbor's home for her annual May Day party. This is our host, my dear friend, Michaela. I absolutely adore her! She and I work together in Young Women's in our church, and she has so many gifts that I don't. She keeps me organized and reminds me what I am supposed to be doing.

And we actually wrap the May pole. It's so fun!

Tulip Festival 2025

We were a little late this year to catch the tulips in full bloom, nevertheless, it was a beautiful day with my favorite people.

At 8 months pregnant, the exertions of the day really took it out of Bethany. As of writing this, she is only a couple of days away from her due date!!! Yippee!!!1

I did not witness Cannon clocking some poor little girl in the Gaga ball court, but apparently it happened, and in his shame, he made a hasty exit .

Not surprisingly, Clark quickly caught a snake over by the pond.

General Conference April 2025

We had such a lovely time going to the Saturday morning session of General Conference with Elinor and hunter.

Abe's brother, Phil, always hooks us up with tickets.

I LOVE watching General Conference at home, but every now and then I love going to the Conference Center and enjoying a bit of the majesty and spirit of the building.

We love Elinor and we love Hunter and we love them together:)

Afterwards, we enjoyed lunch at a lovely little French cafe in South Salt Lake.

Easter 2025

We had a most enjoyable Easter celebration this year. This picture was taken on Easter Sunday in front of a tomb display some high achieving person in another ward created in our Young Women's room. It was quite impressive.

To create a more meaningful Easter celebration, I put together an Easter Eve program. It took roughly an hour and consisted of scriptures about the Savior's life and music. The family didn't quite know what to expect, since it was a new idea. And let's be honest... not everyone in this house relishes new things. However, I'm happy to report it was well received, and many agreed they would like to make it a tradition.
