One of, if not, THE highlight of this year's 4th of July Celebration and Riverton Town Days, was the city's Tribute to America concert. Peter and Greta were in the Children's Choir and Abe and I were in the adult one. The commitment consisted of several Thursday evening practices in the weeks leading up to the big concert in the city park on July 2nd.
This was really enjoyable to do with Abe, and of course, the music was all patriotic, so that was just the best!!

The greatest moment was when the fireworks surprised the audience during the final number, "Battle Hymn of the Republic".
On July 3rd, both George and Peter got to perform solo numbers on the Riverton Town Days Mainstage. Their teacher, Nate Anderson has good connections! Nate is also the manager for George's Redwood Revival band.
The PARADE! Greta and her twin friends were having a contest of "Most Patriotic". Greta put forth a valiant effort, but in the end, she conceded the victory to them.
I love that Andrea and family regularly join our parade watching party.
Chris and Marj (Abe's sister) are regular parade goers as well. We love it!
