Is Christmas Even Christmas Without Music?

On the 23rd and 24th of December, we took our little music show on the road to visit three different assisted living homes to spread a little Christmas joy.  This is something Bethany and our kids and the Schramm kids started doing a couple years back (pre-covid) and they loved it.  With Bethany being gone on her mission, we feared it might not happen this year.  NOT ON MY WATCH!  It was a highlight of the season.

Cannon's encore of "You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch"
"The Twelve Days of Christmas" piano duet (Eric Chase and I) with Bryson Shaw on the Trombone.

Our biggest audience was the Beehive Home in Draper.  We had our largest group of performers for this as well.  Here is Kate playing an awesome piano solo of "O Come, All Ye Faithful".
Bryson's killer "O Holy Night" trombone solo.

I love this tradition and love that we are surrounded by so many people willing to share their musical talents.
