The Brothers Fox Can Dance

George and Cannon had performances with Central Utah Ballet a few weeks ago.  They both did fantastic and we are so pleased with their progress and the experiences they are having at CUB.

Usually their performances are at the Covey Center in Provo.  Thanks to COVID (so much is thanks to COVID), they did this performance in studio.  And while it wasn't quite the same, it worked pretty well and it was interesting to be so close to the dancers.
Here is the link for George's contemporary number-- it's really very sweet.
Obviously, the boys are more than slightly outnumbered.  But you know what?  They are rockstars in their classes, so I don't think it bothers them in the least.  For which I am very glad.
Here is the link for George's ballet number.
Here is the link to one of Cannon's numbers.  He told us things "did not go well" for this particular performance-- oh well.  Here is is anyway.
Cannon's contemporary number is my absolute favorite!  The girls in red are "the roses" he is using to try to woo his lady.

Here is a link to the video.  It's perfection!

They are under such good care with Jennie Creer-King.  She loves them and they LOVE her!
Maricar has taught Cannon for several years now and we call her his ballet mom.  She is so wonderful.  He passed her up in height some time ago!
Cannon with some of his closest friends in the Jr. Company.
Lindsay Folkman on the far right is the contemporary teacher Cannon has been with for several years as well and she is AWESOME!
Here we are just with George.
And with both boys
Just George with Jennie.
They had one week off of dance and now Monday morning summer intensives begin for both of them.  Let's do this!
The mom of the dancer who was Cannon's partner in the "Roses" dance they also performed back in February wanted to get some pictures of them together-- and I'm so glad she made it happen because I think the pictures turned out darling.
