Last Monday night was our annual neighborhood Cocoa and Doughnuts. It was very enjoyable with ideal weather-- no wind, no rain, and not too cold.
Nikki (in the middle) was six years old when we moved into our house. She just returned home from her first semester away at college. Time flies when you're living in the best neighborhood!
It wouldn't be Cocoa and Doughnuts without the Chases!

When we first started Cocoa and Doughnuts, our big kids were about this age. So cute!
They make my heart happy.
I do love that Abe loves Christmas and people and bringing the two together for wonderful traditions.
