December Keeps Us Hopping

I feel like December is basically one big event after another-- and I love them all-- and I also have no concept of time passing. December is a very full time of year for the performing arts and for high school swim season.  So we haven't had much down time-- COVID or no COVID, Which is not a problem, but it does make January feel very nice when it all slows down.

Here is Greta in her costume for her ballet/jazz combo class at Wasatch Arts.  Here is the link to her dance.  She starts in the back. There are only a couple girls in her class, which is great and not-so-great.  But she likes it and her free spirit likes the flexibility of a small class.

I love how Abe captured the adorable moment when Peter spotted him videoing during his hip hop danced and gave him a little wave.  Little boys doing hip-hop are the cutest thing ever.  Here is the link for Peter's dance.  He is mostly front left.
George is the one with his leg up in the air during the freestyle section of his hip-hop dance.  Here is the link.
I loved the tap number.  Here it is-- George starts on the front right.
Okay, now for something pretty great--- Check this out.  You can watch the whole thing but Cannon's number is at 11:25 and George is immediately following.  SO MUCH FUN! N.A.P. Christmas 2020
Elinor and Faith had a swim meet right around this time as well.  Faith is holding the award she got at the first meet-- the girls' "Swimmer of the Meet" for being a speedy little freshman.  Shortly after the meet, the high school sports got put on hold for a couple weeks and so she ended up keeping the award for several weeks before the next meet.  It was fun to see these two swim on two A relays together.
And when I say "see" them swim, this is what I mean.  Watching a meet on a computer isn't great, but it's better than nothing.  I did volunteer to be a timer at their most recent meet so I could go see them.
Greta practices her gymnastics at home and it led to family fitness night-- led by Faith, of course.  It was a happy time:)
