Peter did his Tae Kwon Do form for the talent showGreta did gymnastics tricks. We sang Happy Birthday to George (11) and Will (13) because the talent show happened on George's birthday. It started with cousins digging in the sand....It turned into a children's mud pond paradise....By the end it had more of a Lord of the Flies feel. Uncle Daniel let lots of cousins fire the shotgun at clay pigeons thrown off the hill. That was a hit.Saturday night ended with of Abe's and my favorite Spokane traditions-- a double date with Jesse and Amy. We went to The Cedars, a floating restaurant at Coeur d'Alene. And now I have spent most of this car ride home blogging all about the trip. I want to get home and do this in my own bed!
This week was memorable and wonderful in so many ways, and I am craving routine and regular life!
