Welcome Home, Sister Fox

Bethany flew home August 11th.  She was scheduled to arrive about 7pm, but was delayed until about 10:30.  No matter-- we were thrilled to get our arms around her!

You knew we'd be there in our matching Nauvoo shirts:) We had planned to take the whole family to the airport, but with the delays, it ended up just being Abe and I.  It was really fun to be in the airport waiting with the other parents of the other Young Performing Missionaries.  Many of us have been in a lot of communication with them and sharing pictures and videos over the family Facebook group.  It was great to get to meet them in person.

Here are a last few pictures others shared of Bethany as "Sweet Sue" in "Sunset on the Mississippi".  As always, its a shame Foxes have such trouble expressing themselves!
I LOVE this one.

We have loved hearing all about Nauvoo and what she has learned.  Not surprisingly, she really misses her fellow Young Performing Missionaries.  She spoke and sang in church last week and did a great job.   In a couple days she will head back up to Utah State to study Music Therapy.
