Elinor finished up her sophomore season of water polo this past weekend. The girls JV team played several tournament games and we enjoyed introducing Stuart (Abe's brother) and Tiffany's family to the game of water polo. They were so nice to come up and see what we were so excited about.
One of the other moms got some fantastic pictures of Elinor playing goalie. We are ridiculously proud of Elinor and the progress she has made in the last year in water polo and swim. This girl works so hard for so many hours a week and it is so wonderful to see her enjoying the results of her efforts.
I mean, seriously.
You can see how those long arms are very useful in defending the goal. They just keep going and going.

The goalie is always #1 with a red cap.
The assistant coach-- who is the head coach for Faith's development team-- works especially with the goalies and he's been very influential for Els.
Uncle Stu is always a favorite with our kids.
For several years our family donned our Prototype X t-shirts in support of Clark's robotics team. We've traded our robotics shirts for water polo shirts and we are loving supporting Elinor and Faith and their endeavors in the water.
This year's JV team won some and lost some. There is always room for improvement, but overall it was a great season and I was continually impressed with their toughness, their efforts and their positive attitudes. I'm already looking forward to next season.
