Summer Intensive 2022

Last Friday the boys completed their ballet summer intensive.  They enjoyed it AND they were so happy for it to end.  It was four weeks, five days a week, 6.5 hours a day.  They worked very hard and are glad to have summer finally begin:)

Each of their groups showcased four pieces they learned during the week in addition to their technique classes.  This was George's first number.

It won't be long before it could be tough to distinguish Cannon and George in dance pictures.  This is Cannon.
Both Cannon and George were really on top of waking up on time each morning and preparing their lunches and keeping track of all their dance gear.  Abe and I were so proud of them and grateful for the opportunities they have had to train with such great teachers.
And it's so rewarding to see them working hard and growing as dancers.
Cannon didn't have much downtime when summer intensive was over.  He was off again Monday morning for FSY down at BYU with his good friend, Ryan.
And today, Tuesday, George began his three-day Civil War camp.  I'm sure both boys will enjoy the break from dance and maybe they can relax next week:)  Note those first position feet.
